Varma Therapy
Ancient Tamil Pressure Point Healing
Targeting vital energy points to support flow, comfort, and wellness from within.

What is Varma Therapy?
Varma Therapy is one of India's most ancient and profound wellness arts, rooted in the Siddha tradition of Tamil Nadu. It works by stimulating 108 vital energy points (varma points) distributed across the human body. When these points are blocked or disturbed โ due to injury, stress, or other factors โ the free flow of prana (life energy) may be disrupted, potentially leading to discomfort.
Our practitioners are trained in traditional Varmam techniques passed down through generations of Tamil healers. Unlike acupressure or acupuncture, varma therapy uses precise, controlled pressure applied with the thumb, fingers, or special tools to unlock these vital points and restore harmony to the body's energy system.
